Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of large EPM transformations, focusing on FP&A and consolidation, while acting as the OneStream Subject Matter Expert for clients. Develop and grow the practice by analyzing business needs, translating them into OneStream blueprints, and bridging the gap between IT and business. Take ownership of proof of concepts, coaching implementation associates, and providing training on the tool's capabilities. Deliver value by tailoring solutions to client processes, ensuring best practices in workflow development, and supporting integration decisions and data validation activities. Serve as the key point of contact for clients during projects and assist Partners and Directors on business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- At least 6 years of work experience
- Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with OneStream
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Pigment, or Oracle EPM
- Worked as OneStream architect on at least 2 projects covering process and tool design, configuration, testing, training and hypercare
- Working knowledge or relevant project experience in one of the following FP&A areas: consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Certified as an OneStream Lead Architect OR at least 3 years of OneStream implementation experience
- Motivated to become an OneStream Lead Architect
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take ownership of key project deliverables or day-to-day tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Either Dutch or French language ability
- Proactive approach

- Exposure to improvement initiatives related to finance processes, systems, organization, working capital, cash flow, cost reduction
