Job Summary
Coordinate logistics for OneLess groups, weekly programs, and major events like the Expo and Royal Family Kids Camp, managing CCB groups, registration, room reservations, and process queues. Maintain the ministry calendar, collaborate on event promotion including website updates and merchandise, and oversee the volunteer process from inquiries to communications. Track budget expenditures, monitor key metrics such as attendance and engagement, and manage office space, storage, and supplies to ensure a welcoming environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth ministry operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- Strong project management and written communication skills
- Independent, self-starter, task-oriented with ability to problem solve
- Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit
- Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20)
- Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations
- Consistent attendance and participation in Grace Church and involvement in the life of the church
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in project or event management
- Passion and interest in OneLess ministries specifically related to children-at-risk; shown through serving, education or leadership
