Conduct outpatient primary care with a small patient panel, avoiding nights or weekends. Maintain an active and unrestricted medical license in Florida or obtain one, while managing DEA renewal and license fees. Utilize full administrative, financial, and technological resources to deliver compassionate, innovative care focused on improving patient health and community well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state
- Active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in Family Medicine
- Additional training in Internal Medicine
- Additional training in Geriatrics
