Job Summary
Casual OneCard Ambassador to welcome and assist NAIT students during peak periods (including New Student Orientation and Welcome Week). Responsibilities include distributing OneCards, supporting locker services and lock rotations, operating OneCard software and printers, restocking supplies, troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues, and providing clear information and directions to students, staff, and visitors. The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse campus environment, with NAIT representation in a professional manner.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 completion or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Previous NAIT experience is an asset
- Willingness to work during peak service dates (Fall, Winter terms) and daytime hours 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to learn and follow department procedures
