Job Summary
Operate and maintain one-piece card packaging equipment on the 3rd shift. Set up and run the machinery for production, verify that cards, blisters, labels, and packaging components are correct, perform in-process inspections, troubleshoot and adjust equipment to resolve issues, monitor performance to minimize downtime, complete QC checks and production logs, move finished goods to release areas, and support continuous improvement programs (5S, GMP, ISO, SMED, preventive maintenance). Emphasizes mechanical aptitude, defect detection, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- 6+ months manufacturing experience
