Job Summary
Supports a teacher by providing one-on-one and small-group assistance to a special education student, helps with academic tasks in reading, writing, math, spelling, and life skills, implements behavior management plans and CPI training, assists with personal needs and data collection, collaborates with staff to ensure a safe and supportive classroom, and participates in professional development. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience working with children and with special education students is preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, patience, and the ability to work in a high-demand school environment are essential.
