Job Summary
One-On-One Nurse RN position in Cherokee County, GA, contracting to provide direct one-to-one nursing services to students with identified medical needs within a school-based setting. Responsibilities include daily health assessments, developing and updating individualized healthcare plans and nursing care plans, administering medications per physician orders, and collaborating with parents/guardians, school staff, and special education teams. Requires independent work in a school environment, strong clinical judgment and documentation skills, and adherence to FERPA/HIPAA and CCSD confidentiality requirements. Spanish-English bilingual candidates are encouraged. Hours align with the CCSD academic calendar and district approval, with compensation of $45.00–$57.00 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
