Job Summary
Ondesk Engineer responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining the Windows Desktop Environment and end-user support, plus local office facilities tasks; manage local office and Singapore Data Centre operations, including server installation and inventory; maintain IT infrastructure and hardware/software inventory, deliver first/second line desktop/office support, and ensure alignment with global desktop standards. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, ability to handle multiple projects, and data center experience. A collaborative, customer-focused problem-solver who can work under pressure and long hours; opportunities for practical experience and geographic mobility within a diverse workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Must be able to work under pressure with long working hours
- Working experience with Windows 7 and 10 and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, inventory and desk management skills
- Clear and detail-oriented communicator and team player
- Outgoing, comfortable with speaking and writing English
