Job Summary
Conduct overnight support from 20:45 to 8:45, ensuring safety and a pleasant atmosphere for residents with long-term psychiatric and social issues. Act as the primary contact for residents needing assistance, intervening in incidents, disturbances, or rule violations while maintaining professional distance. Follow mandatory training in aggression management and first aid, then complete a clear handover to the day team. Maintain calm and humor under pressure, balancing proximity with professional boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- Nachtelijke dienst van 20:45 tot 8:45 uur
- Rustmomenten tijdens dienst
- Ondersteuning bij incidenten of onrust
- Rust en veiligheid in het gebouw
- Grijpen bij incidenten zoals overlast, conflicten of overtreding van huisregels
- Stevig en professioneel optreden volgens protocollen
- Volgt verplichte trainingen zoals Omgaan met Agressie en BHV
- Heldere overdracht naar de dagdienst
- Niet bang om in te grijpen bij grensoverschrijdend gedrag, overlast of conflicten
- Bewoners rustig maar duidelijk aanspreken
- Snel schakelen bij spanningen of onveilige situaties
- Inzicht in woonvormen met psychiatrische problematiek, verslaving en dakloosheid
- Evenwicht bewaren tussen nabijheid tonen en professionele afstand houden
- Humor, kunnen relativeren en blijven kalm onder druk
- Fysiek en mentaal stevig zijn
- Kennis van psychiatrische ziektebeelden en verslaving
- Inzicht in dak- en thuisloosheid
- Ervaring met GGZ
