Manage practical ADL tasks, meal coordination, and de-escalation conversations while observing for safety signals and collaborating with treatment teams. Facilitate community building through shared cooking and structured routines to foster neighborhood cohesion among 36 clients. Work within a 7x24 roster including day, evening, and night shifts, ensuring clear handovers between colleagues. Start mid-October 2026 for a 24-36 hour weekly contract.
