Facilitate daily support for 50 to 100 Ukrainian refugees at an intake location in Utrecht or Leidsche Rijn by creating a safe, stable living environment and empowering residents to maintain self-regulation. Guide individuals through integration into Dutch society by assisting with employment, education, health, and participation while encouraging their own initiative. Manage behavioral interactions with respect and clarity, de-escalate conflicts using established protocols, and collaborate with colleagues to define appropriate support plans. Document observations, conversations, and agreements in concise reports to ensure continuity of care and effective handovers. Work within a team across seven locations to provide dignified housing and social management, contributing to an open, collegial atmosphere where residents can build a new beginning.
