Maintain a safe and smooth operation of the shelter by coordinating with colleagues and residents, performing light housekeeping tasks, and building contact with individuals facing substance abuse or psychiatric issues. Ensure safety regulations and house rules are followed, taking appropriate measures when necessary, while handling light administrative duties related to registration and payments. Work night shifts from 23:30 to 7:45 and occasional evening shifts, reporting a weekly schedule of 22-28 hours. Join a diverse team of 15 support assistants, four interns, and approximately 45 volunteers dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for people without a home.
