Conduct nightly support for individuals without a home by maintaining visible presence, engaging with residents, and monitoring their well-being. Ensure communal spaces remain tidy while handling light housekeeping tasks and administrative duties such as intake registration and payments. Enforce house rules and safety agreements assertively, providing respectful and clear guidance to residents dealing with substance use or psychiatric conditions. Work rotating shifts from 7:30 to 15:45, 15:00 to 23:45, or 23:30 to 7:45. Join a diverse team of 15 colleagues, 4 interns, and approximately 45 volunteers dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment.
