Oncology/Surgical ICU Registered Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients in the Oncology/Surgical ICU, including bone marrow transplant and post-surgical interventions. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals while educating patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through active participation in multidisciplinary team activities and professional development initiatives. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring communication of care plans across the continuum. Full-time night shift with days available; requires RN license and 5+ years of ICU experience.
