Job Summary
Oncology software sales leadership role focusing on complex expansion across North America. Lead and execute tailored account strategies to align customer business needs with software portfolio capabilities and value realization goals. Collaborate with regional leadership, CSMs/TSMs, and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize expansion opportunities, drive adoption and renewal health, and contribute to quarterly performance reviews and forecasts. Possess strong understanding of healthcare IT strategies, data flows, cybersecurity barriers, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, Dicom, ICD10, CDA). Comfortable shaping business cases for new offerings and market expansion, with ability to translate data into actionable insights and achieve measurable growth. Proficient in stakeholder management, collaboration across sales, products, services, and finance, and guiding complex sales cycles toward successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital health, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
