Job Summary
Oncology Solution Technical Architect leads complex software expansion opportunities across North America, aligning execution with broader sales objectives and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal of healthcare IT software solutions. The role emphasizes developing tailored account strategies, understanding the oncology healthcare market, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, products, services, and finance to support complex accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital health
- Proven ability to partner with consulting, customer success and technical sales teams
- Experience contributing to forecasts, account planning, and performance metrics
- Technically conversant with Cyber Security, Compliance, Interoperability, AI, and Data Science in healthcare IDN contexts
- High level familiarity with HL7, FHIR, Dicom, DicomRT, ICD10 and CDA connectivity types
- Awareness around NIST, HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST and ISO/IEC 27001
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinker with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Results-driven with execution-focused mindset
