Job Summary
Solution Manager/Oncology Growth & Expansion Lead develops and executes account strategies to drive complex software expansion opportunities across North America, aligning customer business needs with software portfolio capabilities and value realization goals. Collaborates with regional leadership, CSMs/TSMs, and cross-functional teams to enable adoption, integration, and scalable growth in oncology and adjacent service lines. Demonstrates deep healthcare IT knowledge, market insights, and ability to influence enterprise account strategy, with a focus on stakeholder alignment, data-informed decision making, and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include leading strategic sales and account leadership, driving cross-functional collaboration, contributing to business cases for new offerings, and tracking adoption, expansion pipeline, and renewal health in collaboration with CSMs. Requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies; base pay range is $143,200–$196,900 with potential commission eligibility and standard benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital health.
- Proven ability to partner with consulting, customer success and technical sales teams to drive adoption and expansion.
- Experience contributing to forecasts, account planning, and performance metrics in a matrixed environment.
