Oncology Sales Director

Job Summary
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team to provide coaching, training, and ongoing support for driving success across the oncology and haematology portfolio. Conduct regular field coaching visits with direct reports, document sales performance, and proactively identify new business opportunities through virtual and face-to-face interactions. Drive achievement of national sales objectives, lead product launches and commercialization, and monitor market trends to accelerate growth. Educate healthcare professionals on prescribing pathways, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and provide market intelligence to support marketing strategies. Collaborate with medical affairs and commercial operations to align messaging and ensure full regulatory compliance. Develop and execute quarterly business plans using data analytics. Fully remote US position with an entrepreneurial mindset required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading high performing sales teams in pharmaceutical products and/or services in oncology and /or haematology
- Prior experience with pharmaceutical products in CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) and ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia)
- Demonstrated success in biopharmaceutical sales, including significant experience working within hospital and institutional healthcare settings
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel > 80% with occasional weekend travel
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience of direct people leadership within the rare disease / specialty biopharma and/or specialty pharmacy preferred
