Job Summary
Coordinate patient care along the specialty continuum by helping individuals navigate healthcare system barriers from referral through survivorship and end-of-life care. Utilize advanced clinical skills to guide specialty care teams and address complex patient needs throughout their journey. Complete 32 hours per week in a day shift role at Jefferson Healthcare's Port Townsend facility, serving the Olympic Peninsula community.
Required Qualifications
- Current Washington state RN license in good standing
- ONS Certification required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification may be required
- Schedule: 0.8 FTE; 32 hours/week; Day Shift
- all candidates are required to complete pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check
- for certain positions, a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Oncology Nursing preferred
- Oncology Navigation experience preferred
- OCN Certification strongly preferred
