Job Summary
Oncology RN responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Practice across five areas of nursing: clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership, and professional development, coordinating nursing care per American Nursing Association standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act. Requires graduate of an accredited nursing program, Florida licensure (Compact RN or willingness to obtain prior to relocating), and Oncology/Infusion experience with BLS certification. Relocation assistance available; position includes day/night shifts with night differential. Location: Ft Myers, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Must Have 2 years of Oncology, Infusion
- Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date
- License: Currently licensed in the State of Florida, Compact RN or willingness to obtain prior to relocating
- Certification in Specialty Area Preferred (ONC)
