Job Summary
Assist with clinical, regulatory, and business documentation for oncology research projects and clinical trials within the LCI. Maintain protocol amendments, deviations, informed consent changes, and required forms such as FDA Form 1572 and IRB approvals to ensure audit-ready compliance. Complete Case Report Forms, resolve sponsor queries, and prepare data for patient eligibility assessment and enrollment. Coordinate research monitor visits, audits, and sample shipping while managing supply inventory and expiry management. Report compliance issues and support the clinical trial team with safety reports and database submissions. Full-time role requiring a valid South Carolina nursing license, BSN preferred, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid applicable state or South Carolina (as applicable) Board of Nursing license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, RN)
- CPR certification
- Must speak and read/write clearly in English
- Must be able to be mobile within the entire healthcare system and other locations that participate in LCI clinical trials
- Must hold a valid applicable state or South Carolina (as applicable) Board of Nursing license
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), or higher
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially cancer care and/or clinical research
- Certification in clinical research (SoCRA, ACRP, RAPS, etc.)
