Job Summary
Oncologic patient device support specialist responsible for organizing and executing patient visits, training patients/caregivers, analyzing device data, and ensuring smooth treatment delivery. Responsibilities include on-site visits and remote reviews of TTFields therapy devices, CRM-based documentation, inventory management, collaboration with regional managers and other departments, and potential on-call duty. Travel up to 60% to patients’ homes or care facilities, with emphasis on training, troubleshooting, and coordinating with clinical operations and sales field service to support treatments and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Completed training or studies, ideally in the health sector
- Professional experience in dealing with ill people and their relatives
- Polish fluent in spoken and written
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 level)
- A valid driver\'s license class B
