Conduct outpatient clinic visits, perform inpatient rounding, and manage infusion center coverage within a collaborative Hematology & Oncology team. Deliver care to an average of 10 patients daily while working a 4-day, 4x10 schedule with strong physician mentorship from a team of four physicians and four advanced practice providers. Join an established practice on California's Central Coast offering base compensation of $190,000–$205,000 plus productivity, 17 vacation days, and $2,000 in CME stipends. Requires a minimum of two years of Hematology/Oncology APP experience.
