Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Manage hematology and oncology patient management, infusion suite management, patient assessments, review of lab results, in-basket management, and triage collaboration with the oncology navigator in an outpatient clinic setting. Conduct patient care without rounding requirements while maintaining full-time monthly coverage. Maintain an active Oregon license and Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner certification. No call rotation required.
