Job Summary
Locum tenens Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient clinic in Bellflower, CA. Schedule: Monday–Friday with two providers; one from 8:30a–5:00p and the other from 10:00a–6:30p. Responsibilities include follow-up and some new patients (3, 6, 12 month appointments), coordinating with ancillary services, ordering oncology tests, refilling patient prescriptions, following up on treatment, and seeing patients prior to chemotherapy. Bone marrow biopsy highly preferred. Will see both inpatient patients and some virtual patients from clinic.
