Job Summary
Hematology-Oncology Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive care for oncology patients in a team-based cancer program. Collaborates with board-certified hematologists/oncologists to assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans; performs clinical procedures and follow-up care in clinic and infusion center; participates in weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning; partners with patients and families to navigate rapid-diagnosis clinics and supportive services; supports a culture of clinical excellence and innovation; practice located in Santa Cruz with access to modern facilities and integrated support teams.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure)
- BE/BC AOCNP
- 1-2 years of experience in specialty preferred
