Job Summary
Hem hematology-oncology Nurse Practitioner to join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz. Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans; collaborate with multidisciplinary team; participate in tumor boards and survivorship planning; support patients and families through rapid diagnosis and supportive services; infuse care in outpatient/infusion center; work with nurse navigators, social workers, and other specialists. Licensure in California required (or eligible) with BE/BC AOCNP; 1-2 years of specialty experience preferred; salary guarantee of $200k plus productivity incentives, relocation assistance, sign-on, and CME allowance; PSLF eligibility; 100% employer-paid health benefits; opportunity to practice in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure)
- BE/BC AOCNP
- 1-2 years of experience in hematology/oncology or related specialty preferred
