Hematology-Oncology Nurse Practitioner sought to join a patient-centered oncology program at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz. Provide comprehensive hematology/oncology care including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans; perform clinical procedures and follow-up in clinic and infusion center; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during tumor boards and survivorship planning; partner with patients and families to navigate rapid-diagnosis clinics and supportive services; contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC AOCNP
- CA medical license (or eligible for licensure)
- 1-2 years of experience in hematology/oncology preferred
