Job Summary
Oncology Nurse Practitioner with Hematology-Oncology focus sought to join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz. Provide comprehensive hematology/oncology care, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans, and perform clinical procedures in the clinic and infusion center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning, and partner with patients and families to navigate rapid diagnosis and supportive services. Work within a collaborative, mission-driven culture at a modern facility with an on-site lab, imaging, tele-genetics, and an inpatient oncology unit. Requires California license (or eligible) and BE/BC AOCNP; 1-2 years of specialty experience preferred. Relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, CME allowance, and PSLF eligibility are offered. This position emphasizes patient-centered, high-level oncology care and professional growth in a supportive leadership environment.
