Job Summary
Oncology Nurse Practitioner for hematology-oncology patients in Santa Cruz, CA. Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists to provide comprehensive cancer care, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of treatment plans in an outpatient/infusion-center setting. Role involves tumor-board participation, survivorship planning, patient-family navigation, and a focus on compassionate, high-level care within a team-based environment. Signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and PSLF eligibility. Must hold CA medical license (or be eligible) and BE/BC AOCNP. 18-month salary guarantee of $200k plus productivity incentives is offered, with premium benefits and employer-paid insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure)
