Job Summary
Hematology-Oncology Nurse Practitioner sought to join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz to provide comprehensive hematology-oncology care in a collaborative, patient-centered cancer program. Work with board-certified hematologists/oncologists, perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment-plan management, participate in weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning, and coordinate with patients and families through rapid-diagnosis and supportive services. Role emphasizes advanced clinical procedures in clinic and infusion center, with integrated support from nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy liaisons, research coordinators, and genetic counselors. Requires valid California medical license (or eligible) and BE/BC AOCNP, with 1-2 years of specialty experience preferred.
