Job Summary
Oncology Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive hematology-oncology care in collaboration with physicians at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz. Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans; performing clinical procedures and follow-up care in clinic and infusion center; participating in weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning; partnering with patients and families to navigate rapid diagnosis clinics and supportive services; fostering a culture of clinical excellence and innovation. Requires CA medical license (or eligibility) and BE/BC AOCNP; 1-2 years of specialty experience preferred. Compensation includes an 18-month salary guarantee of $200k plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits; PSLF eligibility is noted. Location emphasizes in-person work at the Santa Cruz/Dominican Hospital campus with a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure)
- BE/BC AOCNP
- 1-2 years of experience in specialty preferred
