Job Summary
Oncology Nurse Navigator for Breast Cancer in a part-time role. Responsible for providing education, follow-up and emotional support to patients and families, case managing across inpatient and outpatient settings, and leading quality-improvement initiatives within Cancer Services at Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion. Requires collaboration across teams, patient/family education, and program/project management related to clinical management in oncology care. Minimum education of a Bachelor’s in Nursing with Michigan RN licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS and oncology nursing certification requirements to be completed within specified timelines. Prior teaching experience with patients of all ages preferred. Competitive benefits and a supportive, inclusive work environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI
- CRT-BLS - American Heart Association (90 Days)
- CRT-BLS - ARC American Red Cross (90 Days)
- CRT-Breast Patient Navigator – NCBC (required within 1 year)
- CRT-Oncology Certified Nurse - ONCC (required within 1 year)
- CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA (120 days) or CRT-PALS (120 days)
