Job Summary
Hematology/Oncology Physician needed at Holy Cross Hospital Cancer Center in the Wheaton, MD area. Inpatient and outpatient consultations across cancer types, with treatment development and coordination in a tertiary-care setting co-located with the latest radiation technology. Role includes treatment planning, case management, and participation in clinical research as appropriate. Must provide licensed medical care including diagnosis and treatment (surgical involvement where appropriate) within established center policies and standards, with opportunities for career growth and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 403(b). Located near Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD with easy metro access.
Required Qualifications
- Hematology/Oncology Physician
- BC/BE physician
- licensed medical care including diagnosis and treatment in Cancer Center
- inpatient and outpatient consultations
- clinical research when appropriate
- competent in technical, clinical and surgical skills where appropriate
- adherence to medical center policies and procedures
