Job Summary
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to enhance product knowledge, educate key stakeholders via Zoom or in-person meetings, and serve as the primary conduit for resource allocation within the lung oncology portfolio. Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans utilizing approved selling frameworks, analyze territory analytics to drive sales results, and proactively prospect for new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional peers and account teams to ensure the company suite of services is made available, while maintaining compliance with company frameworks. This role requires up to 50% travel, extensive experience with teaching institutions and major hospitals, and the ability to cover open territories virtually or in person for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school
- 3 years sales experience in pharma/biotech/device
- Ability to work from home, including appropriate office environment
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills
- High level of learning agility in supporting multiple brands
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Proven ability to communicate complex clinical message with customers
- Prior experience working and collaborating in an account team environment
- Knowledge of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathway for specialty products
- Proven ability to examine business environment, interpret territory analytics and team insights to assess business opportunities and drive sales results
- Strong account management and superior selling skills focused on providing a high level of customer service
- Opportunistic, driven, and proven ability to find ways to win in ambiguous environment
- Strong and effective presentation and communication skills across multiple channels (phone, virtual engagement, and in person platforms)

- Successful experience working teaching Institutions, major hospitals, large oncology clinics, groups, and or accounts
- Request, organize and attend relevant oncology conferences which may occur on weekends
- Appropriately utilize all company approved marketing tools and resources, including digital presentations, use selling skills framework to advance in the selling cycle (i.e., another appointment, in-service, patient identification, etc.)
- Develop customer specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes, and supporting approved materials
- Ability to cover open territories in person and or virtually for an extended period of time
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years Remote/Inside sales experience
- Oncology sales experience
- Self-motivated with track record of sales success in prior roles i.e. sales rankings, awards & achievements
- Superior communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to effectively lead and coach others
