Job Summary
Hospitalist specializing in Oncology responsible for managing the medical issues of oncology patients on the inpatient service; collaborates with ambulatory Medical Oncologists and an Oncology APP for notes and calls; 10-bed inpatient unit with 7 on/7 off schedule, base pay plus RVU production and quality bonus; dedicated APP support; no call duties; affiliated with Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center Boise; provides comprehensive compensation package including sign-on, relocation, PTO/CME, malpractice tail, health/dental/vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program
- Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment through the ABIM or ABPS
- Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC - Boise
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
