Oncology Diagnostic Manager leads the development and delivery of in-market companion diagnostics/testing solutions for oncology, driving collaboration with cross-functional field teams to execute clinical operational plans and tailor testing approaches. The role involves identifying and engaging scientific experts (laboratory decision-makers, oncologists, pathologists, molecular pathologists), delivering highly technical data presentations, educating on diagnostic QA programmes, identifying barriers to testing through partnerships with diagnostic companies and lab networks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while traveling as needed. Strong project management, ability to discuss scientific content with diverse external audiences, and a proven track record in diagnostic market and clinical testing are essential.
