Oncology Clinic/Infusion Center @ Wilmot Cancer Institute at Batavia Nurse Manager

Nurse Manager role overseeing an outpatient Medical Oncology/Batavia Infusion Center unit with 24-hour accountability for patient care and nursing activities. Responsibilities include directing unit activities, standards development, human resource management, assessment of resource needs and utilization, staff development, and cross-disciplinary communication. Oversees performance improvement activities at the unit level and participates in institution-wide committees. Requires BSN with MS expected within 5 years; recent acute care and Hematology-Oncology experience; proven leadership ability; strong organization, communication, teamwork, and autonomous decision-making skills. Emphasis on delivering high-quality patient care aligned with UR medicine’s values; 40-hour work week with daytime hours possible as a full-time position.
