Job Summary

Oncology Activation Lead responsible for translating Brand needs into activation plans within the Global Capability Product in the BOA team; serves as a key liaison between Franchise and Global Capability Product Teams to ensure development, adoption, and measurable impact of new capabilities across Oncology Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs, including CRM enhancements, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools; leads rollout, change management, and training for field teams while driving omnichannel orchestration and adoption metrics across the franchise.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10 years’ minimum work experience in Marketing, Omnichannel or Activation roles
  • Proven ability to lead activation initiatives, translate strategy into execution and drive measurable outcomes
  • Understanding of Product Operating Model and agile methods
  • Formal training or hands-on experience in organizational change management
  • Proficiency in analyzing adoption, utilization, and performance data to derive insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
