Job Summary
Oncology Account Manager for UAE-based field role within GSK’s Gulf Oncology team. Responsibilities include developing market intelligence and forecasting aligned with commercial and marketing teams, driving end-to-end patient solutions and ensuring product availability across the territory, conducting frequent group meetings with healthcare professionals to raise disease and product awareness, leading end-to-end account management with cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations), and establishing long-term relationships with scientific societies to support patient care. The role requires coordinating defined territory plans, frequent travel, and building partnerships with key stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong oncology/hematology background in UAE, fluency in Arabic and English, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a Track record of proven sales success consecutively
- Recent oncology/hematology experience in UAE is a must with one year or more as a minimum to be considered
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as required
