Job Summary
Drive oncology product sales in the San Diego, CA region by building and maintaining strategic relationships with oncology departments and practices. Deliver on-label scientific presentations, educate customers on product benefits/risks, develop new business, and grow market share to meet sales plans. Lead coordination with AbbVie and copromote partners, facilitate physician training on approved usage, monitor sales progress, and act as the primary AbbVie contact for assigned accounts. Requires securing HCIR-related credentialing, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and communication abilities; MBA or advanced degree and oncology/pharma experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Healthcare industry credentialing requirements or HCIR-related prerequisites
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop strategic business plans and training for physicians and treatment teams
