Job Summary
Drive territory growth as Oncology Account Executive targeting academic medical centers and community oncology practices. Develop and implement a territory business plan, target top academic medical centers and community practices, and engage regional and national thought leaders. Present scientific content on Breast Cancer Index and CancerType ID tests to oncologists, lab personnel, nurses, and other stakeholders. Build and own customer relationships, collaborate with the regional Field Science Liaison to deliver effective scientific presentations, and adapt strategies to meet potential customers’ needs across hospital and cancer center environments. Travel approximately 50% within the sales region and participate in trainings, conventions, and symposia to expand reach and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Science degree preferred)
- 5+ years of diagnostics or medical sales experience; oncology preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- 50% travel required within sales region, as well as corporate meetings, trade shows and special events
