Job Summary
Field-based Oncology Account Executive in Bozeman, MT responsible for driving sales of BillionToOne’s Northstar Liquid biopsy products within the defined geography, cultivating relationships with oncologists and cancer-care teams, developing and executing strategic plans to grow revenue, and effectively prospecting and managing key accounts. The role requires medical diagnostics/biomedical product sales experience, ability to travel within the territory, consultative selling skills, strong organization and communication, and the capacity to work independently in a startup environment. The position emphasizes building relationships with medical providers, presenting to internal and external stakeholders, and achieving sales targets while aligning with the company’s mission in precision medicine. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman's club, Rookie of the Year, or a history of success - at or above goal for multiple quarters/years)
- Experience selling to medical providers
- Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices
- Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to defined accounts
- Commitment to travel within defined territory
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers
- Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunity
- Must act with a sense of urgency, with a focus on closing business
- Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving
- Strong desire to work in a startup environment and must work independently with an internal drive to be successful
- Potentially open to Physicians Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late stage cancer liquid biopsy tests
