Job Summary

Field-based Oncology Account Executive in Hawaii responsible for driving sales of BillionToOne’s Northstar Liquid biopsy products to oncologists and the cancer-care team. Build and execute a strategic business plan to rapidly grow revenue in the defined geography, prospect and cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships with medical providers. Role requires consultative sales skills, logistics coordination, and ability to travel within the territory; seeks individuals with clinical or scientific insight, strong communication, and independence to operate in a startup environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a proven sales track record in medical diagnostics or related devices; travel willingness and the ability to present effectively to diverse customers are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record in medical/diagnostics
  • Experience selling to medical providers
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices
  • Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to defined accounts
  • Commitment to travel within defined territory
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective time management and prioritization
  • Ability to present to internal and external customers
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; strategic thinker and executor
  • Desire to work in a startup environment
