Onboarding & Training Specialist

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new practices from scanner delivery through first successful cases, guiding teams through structured programs with clear milestones and adapting delivery to each practice's staff structure and learning style. Create and configure lab accounts while coordinating directly with lab partners on case workflows and submission requirements, ensuring practices understand quality standards and the lab network operations. Deliver engaging virtual training sessions across supported scanner platforms, providing hands-on live scanning coaching and chairside support for early cases to ensure first-case success. Monitor first case quality and early practice performance against activation milestones, delivering constructive feedback and running targeted follow-up to close adoption gaps. Document recurring friction points and recommend improvements to training curriculum and onboarding processes as we scale.
