Job Summary
Administer and execute standardized manufacturing onboarding, delivering orientation, safety, quality, and foundational training aligned with production priorities. Plan and coordinate onboarding schedules with supervisors and area leadership to balance readiness, volume, and timing. Deliver structured, hands-on WI-driven OJT using approved work instructions, job aids, and checklists. Coach new and existing employees to proficiency, reinforcing safe work practices and Train the Trainer standards. Validate trainee readiness through practical demonstrations and assessments, completing qualification and sign-off documentation. Maintain and audit skills matrices, qualification records, and progress tracking to ensure audit readiness. Monitor training effectiveness, communicate completion status, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience
- Understanding of manufacturing safety, quality systems, and standard work
- Able to plan and deliver onboarding through classroom and hands-on training
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- English proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or LMS for tracking and reporting training
Desired Qualifications
- technical certification or degree (Associate's/Bachelor's)

- Familiar with WI-based training/qualification, skills matrices, and training recordkeeping
- LMS experience
- Spanish or Japanese
