Onboarding Supervisor Latin America

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the onboarding administration team in Latin American countries, ensuring a positive new hire experience through coordinated pre-employment and onboarding activities. Maintain data accuracy, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and drive process excellence. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management for team members while collaborating with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Services, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
