Job Summary
Guide doctors through their first consultations with Telepatia's AI Scribe, providing on-site technical and emotional support to ensure a smooth transition to AI-assisted documentation. Monitor adoption metrics including consultations per doctor and drop-off rates, then collect feedback to communicate insights to product and engineering teams. Train new users on best practices to maximize accuracy and speed while assisting with patient consent and ensuring compliance. Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for setup and technical troubleshooting, and identify hospital champions to scale usage organically.
