Job Summary
Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of our software for global hospitality/property management clients. Responsibilities include ensuring software delivery on time, booking customer trainings on schedule, and delivering an excellent start for clients. Duties involve implementing our software and integrating client PMS, coordinating onboarding meetings across multiple time zones (remote), collaborating with multiple departments and third-party vendors, identifying roadblocks and providing solutions, gathering client feedback to improve onboarding, creating and maintaining onboarding process documentation, assisting with user guides/FAQs/knowledge-base articles, logging and prioritizing calls/tickets, keeping clients informed of progress, and supporting the onboarding manager with key projects and accounts. Requirements include 5+ years in onboarding/implementation-related roles, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Office 365, and familiarity with Asana, Azure, Confluence, and TeamSupport; experience in software/hospitality technology and SaaS onboarding is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding, client success, implementation, project coordination, or a related role
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Calm and confident nature
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and set priorities within time constraints

- Comfortable with Office 365
- Experience with Software Programs - Asana, Azure, Confluence, TeamSupport, is a plus
- Experience in software implementation, hospitality technology, property management systems, or SaaS onboarding is considered an asset
