Job Summary
Manage and scale the domestic onboarding program by leading design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of orientation strategies. Partner with stakeholders to update new hire information for current policies and assist in weekly orientation preparations. Track metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, then develop and execute recommendations for improvements. Provide timely responses to new hire questions and identify positive experiences to help employees adapt to company culture. Collaborate with HR leadership to create impactful resources for hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional experience in onboarding, learning and development, human resources, or program management
- Position requires ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- This is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Palo Alto, CA area
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other content management system
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus
- Expertise in onboarding
